Our services offer our users a functional online store with an online presence to manage and promote the products offered by Cozy Mood LLC / HR-DesignShop, through Wix.com as an online commerce platform, clothing and accessories, promotions , newsletters, galleries, downloadable, multimedia and other applications, tools and services for online and mobile use (collectively, “User Platform(s)”).

Legal agreement
These terms of use are aligned with Wix.com as the online commerce platform (“Terms of Use”), which Cozy Mood LLC / HR-DesignShop uses, together with the additional terms that apply specifically to our services and that together they form the total terms and conditions applicable to each visitor or user (“User” or “you”) of the HR-DesignShop Site on Web Wix, and in its version of the Wix mobile application (the “Wix App”) and /or any other service, application or feature offered by us in connection with the contemplated herein, except where we specifically say otherwise.

 

The Wix Terms of Use and those related to Cozy Mood LLC / HR-DesignShop constitute a binding and enforceable legal contract between you and us in relation to the use of the Wix Services on the online commerce platform created for Cozy Mood LLC .

You may visit or use the Services offered by Cozy Mood LLC / HR-DesignShop through Wix and/or the Wix App only if you fully accept the terms and, by using or registering for any of the services you signify and affirm your consent to these Terms of Use and any other Wix or Cozy Mood LLC / HR-DesignShop Terms applicable to your use of the Services. User account
To access and use certain sections and features of the Services, or make purchases at HR-DesignShop by Cozy Mood LLC on the Wix.com platform, you must first register and create a "User Account" in order to have the necessary data to issue your bill.

If someone other than you accesses your User Account or any of the settings, makes purchases and requests services, makes changes to your User Profile(s) and User account and accepts the legal terms available therein, All such activities will be deemed to have occurred on your behalf and in your name and Cozy Mood LLC / HR-DesignShop is exempt from all liability.

Therefore, we place great emphasis on encouraging you to maintain the confidentiality of your User Account login credentials and allow such access only to people you trust, because you will be the sole and fully responsible person for all activities that you occur in your User Account (including payment methods, purchases, orders placed and payment commitments for products or services), whether or not they have been specifically authorized by you, and for any damages, expenses or losses that may result from such activities.

2. Your Obligations

You represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least thirteen (13) years of age, or sixteen (16) years of age if you are an individual within the European Union (EU), or are of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to subscribe to the Terms of Cozy Mood LLC / HR-DesignShop and Wix as an online store platform and form a binding agreement, for yourself or on behalf of the person or entity committed by you.

2. 3. Periodically receive promotional messages, quotes, invoices, notifications, and newsletters from Cozy Mood LLC / HR-DesignShop, by mail, email or any other form of contact that you may provide us (including your telephone number for calls or text messages ). If you do not wish to receive these promotional materials or advertising messages, simply contact us and notify us at any time.

You accept and undertake NOT to:

1. Copy, modify, reuse, create derivative works from, download, adapt, reverse engineer, emulate, migrate to another service, translate, compile, decompile or disassemble the Cozy Mood LLC / HR-DesignShop Website on the Wix platform, any Content, Product or Service offered by Cozy Mood Store on the Wix Platform or Third Party Services for use and display on the User Platforms ("Licensed Content") or any part of them in any way, publicly displayed, performed, transmitted or distribute any of the above without prior specific consent;

2. Submit, transmit or display any User Content or use Licensed Content in a context that may be considered defamatory, libelous, obscene, harassing, threatening, inflammatory, abusive, racist, offensive, deceptive or fraudulent, encourages criminal or harmful conduct, or that violates Cozy Mood LLC / HR-DesignShop's rights in the Wix Platform (including any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, contractual or fiduciary rights), or in any way displays any person, entity or brand in a light mean or derogatory, without your explicit prior consent;

3. Use any illegal action to collect login details and/or passwords from other websites, third parties, software or services,

4. Phishing, harvesting, uploading or otherwise making available credit card information or other forms of financial data used to receive payments,

5. Act in a manner that could be perceived as detrimental to the reputation and goodwill of Cozy Mood LLC / HR-DesignShop on the Wix platform that may cause disrepute or damage;

6. Impersonate any person or entity, or provide false information about the services of Cozy Mood LLC / HR-DesignShop on the Wix platform and/or the User Platform, either directly or indirectly, or otherwise do any manipulation in order to to disguise your identity or the origin of any message or transmission that you send to Cozy Mood LLC / HR-DesignShop on the Wix platform or End Users;

7. Falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, or falsely express or imply that Cozy Mood LLC / HR-DesignShop, the Wix Platform or any third party supports you, your User Platform, your business, your User or any statement you make;

8. Reverse lookup, trace or attempt to trace another User of the Cozy Mood LLC / HR-DesignShop Services on the Wix Platform, interfere with or violate in any way the right to privacy or other rights of another User, or harvest or collect personally identifiable information about visitors or users of the Cozy Mood LLC / HR-DesignShop Services, Wix and/or the User Platform without their express and informed consent;

9. Disable, circumvent, circumvent or otherwise circumvent any of the measures used to prevent or restrict access to the Cozy Mood LLC / HR-DesignShop Services, Wix, the User Platform, the account of the other user(s). ), or other systems or networks connected to the Wix Services, using hacking, password mining or other illegitimate or prohibited means;

Take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of the Cozy Mood LLC / HR-DesignShop Services on the Wix Platform, Wix systems or networks connected to the Wix Services, or in any way interfere with or disrupt the operation of any of the Wix Services, or the servers or networks that host or make them available, or disobey the requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of such servers or networks;

13. Use any of the Services of Cozy Mood LLC / HR-DesignShop on the Wix platform and/or the User Platform with respect to any form of spam, unsolicited mail, fraud, scam, phishing, "chain letters", " pyramid schemes" or similar conduct, or otherwise engage in unethical marketing or advertising;

14. Access any of the Cozy Mood LLC / HR-DesignShop Services on the Wix platform, User Accounts, Licensed Content and/or User Content, by any different means or technology (for example, “scraping” or “crawling”). of our publicly supported interfaces,

15. Sell, license or exploit for any commercial purpose any use of or access to Licensed Content or the Cozy Mood LLC / HR-DesignShop Services on the Wix platform, except as expressly permitted by the Cozy Mood LLC and Wix terms;

16. Remove or alter any copyright information, watermarks, restrictions and proprietary rights indicia of any of our licensors, including any copyright indicia [©], Creative Commons [(cc)] or trademarks [® or ™ ] contained in or accompanying the Services and/or the Licensed Content of Cozy Mood LLC / HR-DesignShop, Wix; either

17. Violate, attempt to violate or in any way fail to comply with any of the Terms of Cozy Mood LLC / HR-DesignShop, Wix or any of the laws or regulations applicable to the use of the Services of this Web platform.

18. Access or use the Services to conduct a benchmark or similar competitive analysis or to build a competitive product or service.

You acknowledge and agree that failure to comply with any of the foregoing or any misrepresentation made by you herein may result in the immediate termination of your User Account or any of the Services provided to you – with or without prior notice and without any reimbursement of amounts paid for those services.
